Kylie Feuerbach reveals Caitlin Clark played a role in her switching teams

Kylie Feuerbach played one season with the Iowa State Cyclones before transferring to in-state rival Iowa Hawkeyes. In an interview on teammate Jada Gyamfi's "Fresh Tawk" podcast, Feuerbach revealed Caitlin Clark was the reason she chose the Hawkeyes.

"I had played with Caitlin, she had been my point guard obviously for attack in the past, and I knew, kind of just like the work ethic and the coaches," she said. "I just knew the culture, obviously, was insanely good."

With Clark now in the WNBA, Kylie Feuerbach is expected to take on the leadership role as the Hawkeyes navigate a new, post-Caitlin Clark era, under new coach Jan Jensen.
