TCU star Hailey Van Lith arrives at Olympics 3X3 WNT training camp along with Cierra Burdick
TCU basketball senior Hailey Van Lith has an excellent track record playing for the USA women's national team. She played a key role at the 2023 FIBA 3x3 World Cup, contributing seven points and six rebounds as Team USA defeated France 16-12 in the final to clinch the gold medal.
Van Lith and her teammate Cierra Burdick arrived in Phoenix, Arizona on Wednesday for the USA 3x3 team's training camp ahead of the 2024 Olympics. The USA Basketball 3x3 Instagram account shared pictures and a video of the two players arriving at Frank Lloyd Wright Ballroom, with Van Lith and Burdick all smiles as they prepared for the camp.
"Hailey & C have touched down in the desert for USA 3x3 WNT training camp," @usab3x3 captioned the post.
Earlier in June, USA 3x3 announced a four-woman team for the 2024 Olympics in Paris. Along with Hailey Van Lith and Cierra Burdick, Rhyne Howard, a two-time WNBA All-Star and Cameron Brink, the 2023 FIBA 3x3 World Cup MVP, also made the roster.
