WATCH: LeBron James' son Bryce James happy for 10 YO sibling Zhuri's birthday shoutout

LeBron James daughter Zhuri turned 10 on Tuesday and Bryce James was with her as she celebrated it with fans at the Crypto.com Arena. The Los Angeles Lakers were taking on the Minnesota Timberwolves in a pre-season game and the youngest James sibling was cheering her father and brother, Bronny James.

On Wednesday, a fan shared the video on Instagram of Zhuri and Bryce James on the jumbotron as the "Happy Birthday" song blasted through the speakers.

"All happening on Zhuri’s birthday 🥹❤️," the caption read.

Apart from Zhuri's birthday, the evening was extra special for the James family as Bronny and LeBron made history as the first father-son duo to share the court in the NBA for the same team. The former USC guard was drafted in the second round by the Lakers with much frenzy surrounding his selection.

LeBron had expressed his desire to play with his son for a long time. In a 2022 interview with The Athletic, he said:

"My last year will be played with my son. Wherever Bronny is at, that's where I'll be. I would do whatever it takes to play with my son for one year. It's not about the money at that point."

Bronny James' decision was heavily scrutinized because he did not have the best performances during his brief stint with the Trojans. Following a health scare, Bronny remained cautious but failed to impress many with his abilities. Now in the NBA, he is expected to develop his game.

Bryce James comments on Bronny James' NBA debut

In the summer of 2023, Bronny James suffered a cardiac arrest and was diagnosed with a congenital heart defect. He returned in December and is set to play in the NBA a year later.

Bryce James spoke of his brother's journey after the health scare.

"It's a feeling just knowing that my brother, and the journey that he's had," James said. "[He] just came that far from the cardiac arrest to all the difficulties that he has had in his career in college.

"It's amazing to see him play with his dad. I have always looked at him; of course, he is my big brother. It was definitely a great experience just seeing how far he's coming, like the journey that he had to go through."

While Bronny navigates the professional league, Bryce James is set to play his senior year at Sierra Canyon High School this winter. The guard has shown potential to play well but still has a long way to go. He has received offers from USC, Ohio State and Duquesne.
