WATCH: Miami's Cavinder twins share clip of their mom stomping her foot during 74-71 win over Jacksonville

Haley and Hanna Cavinder helped the Miami Hurricanes secure a 74-71 victory over the Jacksonville Dolphins on Nov. 11. During the game, however, their mother was seen stomping her foot as the sisters took note of it on social media.

Haley had the better scoring performance, finishing with 12 points to go with three rebounds and three assists on 5-of-12 shooting from the field. On the other hand, Hanna had a more all-around display with seven points, seven assists, and five rebounds in 37 minutes of action.

The mother entered the picture following a play late in the game, where she stomped her foot in frustration while watching her daughters play on the court together.

After the game, the Cavinder sisters posted the video on their TikTok account with the subtitle "pov: your mom at your basketball game" to humorously showcase what was happening.

"The foot stomp x late bark from dad," the post read.

How the Cavinder twins are performing, what's next for them and Miami

The Cavinder twins have settled in well at Miami, helping the team get off to a 2-0 start for the 2024-25 campaign.

Haley has done a solid job in the first two games, averaging 12 points, 5.5 rebounds, and two assists on 41.7% shooting from the field. She did not play the entirety of last season as she entered the transfer portal and committed to TCU last November, but eventually changed her mind in April as she wished to play one more season with the Hurricanes.

For the other Cavinder sister, Hanna is putting up eight points, six assists, three rebounds, and a steal per game on 38.5% shooting overall. Like Haley, she did not play last season as she looked for other opportunities outside of basketball until deciding to return to Miami for one last season.

Their last full season with Miami in 2022-23 was a historic one. They helped the team go 22-13 on the season, securing an at-large bid to the NCAA Tournament as they reached the Elite Eight after beating Oklahoma State, No. 2 Indiana, and No. 10 Villanova. They ultimately fell 54-42 to eventual champions LSU, but helping the Hurricanes make the Elite Eight for the first time in program history is a feat the Cavinder twins can certainly be proud of.

The Hurricanes will look to go 3-0 when they go on an in-state road trip to Gainesville, playing the Florida Gators on Nov. 16 at noon ET.
