The Cavinder twins, Haley and Hanna, are arguably the most popular athletes in women's college basketball today. They have enjoyed a prolific rise on social media, amassing over five million followers across various platforms.

Earlier Monday, the twins launched their 25 Days of Twinmas program, which comprises dedicated home-friendly workouts to help their ardent followers stay fit and healthy during the holiday season. To promote their new initiative, they gave their followers a little inspiration through an Instagram reel where they flaunted their sculpted physiques.

The first few seconds of the reel features a clip from a ramp walk where they wore eye-catching two-piece outfits while the rest of it features the hard work they put in at the Miami Hurricanes' training facility to stay fit and healthy.

The twins have made the program accessible to anyone interested in taking their tips to stay healthy during the holidays. In addition to the workouts, the program also offers five healthy, high-protein recipes to help people maintain their diets alongside the work they put in to stay fit.

Those interested can either make a one-time purchase for the program or subscribe to their app, Twogether, and get access to six other programs for free along with "Twinmas." A seven-day free trial is available before choosing between paying for a subscription.

Cavinder twins enjoy fine return to Miami

The Cavinder twins called time on their college basketball career after leading the Miami Hurricanes to the Elite Eight in the 2022-23 season, which was the best finish in program history. However, Hanna Cavinder decided to return to the Canes in April, which prompted Haley to flip back from the TCU Horned Frogs and return to her twin sister in Coral Gables.

The Hurricanes were made to sweat in the final game of the Miami Thanksgiving Tournament, scoring a hard-fought 83-74 win over the Quinnipiac Bobcats in overtime. They will be eager to maintain their momentum on Wednesday, when they host the Vanderbilt Commodores in the SEC-ACC Challenge at 5 p.m. ET.
