3 biggest SEC football games that fans shouldn't miss in Week 10 ft. Florida vs. Georgia
The college football season continues, with Week 10 on the horizon. This week will feature several key matchups from the Southeastern Conference.
One of the games that fans may be interested in is the Florida Gators (4-3, 2-2) taking on the No. 2 Georgia Bulldogs (6-1, 4-1) on Saturday. The game will air live on ABC at 3:30 p.m. ET/12:30 p.m. PT.
Let's take a closer look at that game, as well as a couple of other key games from the SEC this weekend.
3 biggest SEC football games in Week 10
1. Florida vs. Georgia
The Georgia Bulldogs are on track to compete in the postseason and will try to get their fourth consecutive win. In Week 8, Georgia won 30-15 over the No. 6 Texas Longhorns (7-1, 3-1). They hope to continue their momentum against the Gators as they push toward a playoff berth.
Georgia is currently favored to win this Saturday. However, fans should still expect Florida to give their all against the Bulldogs and try to pull off an upset.
Florida will have freshman DJ Lagway as the starting quarterback. Lagway will try to get more playing experience after the team lost Graham Mertz due to a season-ending injury.
Lagway went 7 of 14 for 259 yards in his first SEC start against Kentucky as the Gators stormed to a 48-20 win in Week 8. The Week 10 game against Georgia will allow the Gator fans to see how Lagway will play against a top team in the SEC.
The Florida vs. Georgia game may be one of the matchups that fans are looking forward to seeing from the SEC this week. However, Week 10 has other games that may be just as interesting.
2. Ole Miss vs. Arkansas
Another game in Week 10 features the No. 19 Ole Miss Rebels (6-2, 2-2) against the Arkansas Razorbacks (5-3, 3-2). Fans can watch the Ole Miss vs. Arkansas live on ESPN at 12 p.m. ET/9 a.m. PT.
The Rebels will try to follow up their 26-14 victory in Week 9 over the Oklahoma Sooners (4-4, 1-4) by defeating Arkansas in an away game.
Arkansas hopes to also maintain momentum after a dominant 58-25 win over the Mississippi State Bulldogs (1-7, 0-5) last Saturday. Both teams hope to get a winning streak going and will want to make a statement in their Week 9 matchup.
3. Texas A&M vs. South Carolina
The third game from Week 10 that may interest SEC fans is the No. 10 Texas A&M Aggies (7-1, 5-0) competing against the South Carolina Gamecocks (4-3, 2-3). This Saturday's game will air live on ABC at 7:30 p.m. ET/4:30 p.m. PT.
Texas A&M has already earned bowl eligibility, but it will try to get its eighth straight victory on Saturday. Their last game was a 38-23 win over the No. 16 LSU Tigers in Week 9.
In Week 10, the Aggies aim to continue their impressive run to finish the regular season against the Gamecocks, who are coming off a dominant 35-9 road win against Oklahoma.
