Five potential Barion Brown landing spots
#1 Alabama Crimson Tide
The Crimson Tide were one of three schools that hosted Barion Brown for an official visit as he was coming out of high school. They could look to kick the tires on his interest three years later, as he has shown the ability to thrive as a playmaker in the SEC.
#2 Georgia Bulldogs
The Bulldogs were interested in Barion Brown coming out of high school, and that interest likely remains. The move would allow the wide receiver to remain in the SEC while playing for a perennial national title contender.
#3 Tennessee Volunteers
The Volunteers are yet another SEC program that offered Barion Brown a scholarship coming out of high school. He grew up in the state of Tennessee, just about three hours away from Neyland Stadium, and could look to move closer home.
#4 Ole Miss Rebels
The Rebels didn't have an official visit the Brown but were said to be one of the final schools he considered, as he attended a camp at the program.
The Rebels are in a much better position now, as they were coming off of a 5-5 season at that time. That could lead the wide receiver to have additioinal interest in joining Ole Miss.
#5 Penn State Nittany Lions
The Nittany Lions were another team that made an offer to Brown while he was in high school. While they have been elite on both sides of the football in 2024, they haven't received much production from the wide receiver position and could use an upgrade.
