- Colorado WR Travis Hunter

- San Jose State WR Nick Nash
- Miami WR Xavier Restrepo
- Ohio State WR Jeremiah Smith
Now that we know who the semifinalists, let's take a deeper dive into which players have the best chance to win the award.
Players with the best chance to win the 2024 Biletnikoff Award
Travis Hunter
Colorado Buffaloes wide receiver Travis Hunter has been dominating and is doing so for a team in the mix for the College Football Playoff as well as their conference championship.
As a receiver, he has 74 catches for 911 yards (12.3 yards per reception) with nine touchdown receptions. With Hunter playing another position, it is difficult not to imagine the voters having that in the back of their minds as he is not getting the rest that the others do while the team is on defense.
Nick Nash
San Jose State wide receiver Nick Nash is going to be getting a lot of acclaims this season as he is currently the triple-crown leader. So far this season, Nash has 95 receptions for 1,282 yards (13.5 yards per catch) with 14 touchdown receptions. If you are going straight off the statistics, it is difficult to give the Biletnikoff Award to anyone else besides Nick Nash.
Harold Fannin Jr.
There has never been a non-wide receiver to win the Biletnikoff Award and history could be made with the Bowling Green tight end. On the season, he has 83 catches for 1,170 yards (14.1 yards per reception) with eight touchdown receptions as well. He is going to be a serious threat to make history and should continue to compete for the receiving yards lead this year.
