"[Coach] Prime isn't beating the allegations": CFB World digs up Deion Sanders' post praising controversial 'Diddy' to troll him
Deion Sanders is no stranger to controversies during his career, but the most recent issue does not necessarily involve him. Instead, it revolves around his friendship over the years with rapper Sean 'Diddy' Combs.
Somebody went through Sanders' X account and found a post from June 2017 praising 'Diddy', who was arrested on significant charges last week. Some people took to social media to comment on the connection between the rapper and coach Sanders.
"Colorado fans explain this.....," one X user responded.
"PART TWO ?? Colorado Football GET YOUR COACH MAN," one person posted.
People were continuing to attack Deion Sanders for his association with Diddy over the years.
"Believe them when they tell you who they are," one user responded.
"man oh man," another user posted on X in repsonse.
This is something that is going to continue to be in the news for a while as the details surrounding Diddy are still coming to light. It will be interesting to see how much more information emerges regarding the allegations against Combs. As of this writing, Deion Sanders has not addressed anything in regard to the rapper.
What did Diddy do that got him arrested?
Diddy has been known as one of the most successful people in the rap genre but that is not what people are going to think when hearing his name going forward. The United States Attorney's Office has accused Sean 'Diddy' Combs of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking.
His attorney, Marc Agnifilo, discussed the allegations and said that the rapper has been cooperative with the investigation as it has been going on.
"To his credit, Mr. Combs has been nothing but cooperative with this investigation and he voluntarily relocated to New York last week in anticipation of these charges. Please reserve your judgment until you have all the facts. These are the acts of an innocent man with nothing to hide, and he looks forward to cleaning his name in court." h/t NBC New York
Diddy has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing throughout the entire process thus far. This is far from the only lawsuit heading his way but it is obviously the most significant one at the moment.
