According to reports, she hasn't committed to a long-term relationship since divorcing Deion Sanders and is currently single, as of March 2024.
Pilar and Deion Sanders tied the knot in May 1999 and were married for 13 years. They were officially divorced in June 2013.
According to reports, Pilar didn't have the best of relationships with Deiondra Sanders, Deion's daughter from a previous relationship. In 2012, they got into a Twitter war while Pilar and Deion were handling divorce proceedings.

Pilar Sanders was recently in attendance at a Buffaloes game to watch her sons Shedeur and Shilo play. The Buffaloes defeated the Colorado State Rams 43-35 in Week 3 of college football.
Pilar shared a post of herself hugging her son Shedeur, shortly after the young signal caller addressed the crowd on Saturday night. She captioned the moment: "I'm proud of you".
Shedeur tied the game with 36 seconds on the clock during the fourth quarter. In the waning moments, he threw a 45-yard touchdown pass and helped execute a two-point conversion.
He threw for 348 yards on the night, with four touchdown passes.
