4,080,000 viewers reportedly watched Deion Sanders and Colorado's Prime Time Big 12 showdown from Week 5

Deion Sanders' Colorado Buffaloes have been one of the most talked-about teams in the country. Moreover, the Buffaloes are also one of the most-watched teams nationwide.

As per reports, there were a whopping 4.08 million viewers who tuned in to watch Colorado square off against UCF on Saturday. The Buffaloes vs. Knights Big 12 clash was the third-most viewed college football game from Week 5.

Only Georgia vs. Alabama game and Oklahoma vs. Auburn were the two games that garnered more viewership in Week 5.


When does Deion Sanders' Colorado play next?

Deion Sanders' Colorado has an off in Week 6. It means that the Buffaloes will resume action in Week 7, when they host the Kansas State Wildcats at Folsom Field on Oct. 12.

Colorado is on a three-game win streak but faces a stern test against No. 20 Kansas State (4-1), one of the top programs in the country. The Wildcats opened their season with a convincing 41-6 win over UT Martin before beating Tulane 34-27 in Week 2 and Arizona 31-7 in Week 3.

However, Kansas State lost its first game of the season in Week 4, a 38-9 defeat to No. 17 BYU. The Wildcats bounced back strongly to post a 42-20 victory over Oklahoma State in Week 5.

Meanwhile, Colorado kicked off its season with a 31-26 win over ND State, but the Buffaloes lost 28-10 to Nebraska in Week 2. In Week 3, Colorado beat in-state rivals Colorado State 28-9. The Buffs then took down Baylor 38-31 in overtime in Week 4 before getting the better of UCF 48-21 on Saturday.

Deion Sanders' team will be the underdog against Kansas State on Oct. 12. However, the Buffaloes will want to make another strong statement to continue their solid start to the season.
