The SEC had a strong season in 2024 as their 16 teams finished with a combined 120-74 record, including a dominant 55-9 mark in non-conference games. Additionally, three of the conference's teams reached the College Football Playoff.

Overall, seven teams were ranked in the latest rendition of the AP Top 25 Poll, while three others received recognition from voters. While 13 of the SEC's 16 teams will play postseason football, each program will also pay close attention to the transfer portal, which is now officially open.

Here's a closer look at five wide receivers SEC teams could target.

#1. Eric Singleton Jr.

Eric Singleton Jr. joined the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets as a three-star wide receiver in the 2023 recruiting class. He shined in two seasons with the program, recording 104 receptions for 1,468 yards and nine touchdowns. Singleton Jr. added 140 rushing yards and one touchdown on 22 carries while returning 11 kickoffs for 241 yards.

#2. Eric Rivers

Eric Rivers initially joined the Memphis Tigers as a three-star prospect in the 2021 recruiting class. He saw limited time as a true freshman before missing the entire 2022 season due to injury. Rivers joined the FIU Panthers via the transfer portal ahead of the 2023 season and was moved to the wide receiver position.

He recorded 94 receptions for 1,542 yards and 14 touchdowns during his two seasons with the program, however, most of that production came during a breakout 2024 season.

#3. Kevin Concepcion

Kevin Concepcion joined the NC State Wolfpack as a three-star prospect in the 2023 recruiting class. He produced plenty during his two seasons with the program, recording 1,299 receiving yards and 16 touchdowns on 124 receptions. He added 60 carries for 356 yards and two touchdowns while returning five punts for 45 yards.

#4. Dane Key

Dane Key joined the Kentucky Wildcats as a four-star prospect in the 2022 recruiting class. He caught 126 passes for 1,870 yards and 14 touchdowns during his three years with the program.

#5. Zachariah Branch

Zachariah Branch joined the USC Trojans as a five-star prospect in the 2023 recruiting class. He recorded 78 receptions for 823 yards and three touchdowns while adding 87 rushing yards and one touchdown on 11 carries. Branch returned 29 punts for 406 yards and one touchdown while returning 29 kickoffs for 547 yards and one touchdown.
