“Ain’t tryna be messy”: Deion Sanders Jr. hilariously grounds Coach Prime as $1.2 billion worth LeBron James snags EA CFB 25

Deion Sanders Jr. took a sly dig at his father, Deion Sanders Sr., for not receiving any recognition from EA Sports in the buildup to the release of the College Football 25. On Monday, LA Lakers legend LeBron James, who is worth $1.2 billion per Forbes, called streamer Kai Cenat to discuss the game, suggesting that a select few have already gotten their hands on it ahead of its release on July 19.

In a video posted on his Instagram story and then on X, Deion Jr. hilariously pointed out how one of the top NBA stars is already playing the College Football 25, while EA Sports didn't give the Colorado coach a copy.

“Hey, man. I ain’t tryna say nothing. Ain’t tryna be messy, LeBron’s playing NCAA 25, they ain’t give you a copy though!” Deion Jr. said. “I ain’t say nothing but I won’t let nobody treat me like that, you know what I’m saying. I won’t let them lil bro me like that…. That’s just me though! I’ve been asking for the game.”

Colorado's starting quarterback and Deion Sr.'s son, Shedeur Sanders, also managed to make an impression in the College Football 25. The Buffs signal-caller got his signature “wrist-watch” celebration style customized into the new EA Sports video game.

Meanwhile, Deion Sr. has established himself as one of the most outspoken coaches in college football. However, it appears that he has been snubbed by EA Sports ahead of the highly-anticipated release of the College Football 25 video game.

While Deion Sanders appears to be hard done by EA, four-time NBA champion LeBron James showed some love to Coach Prime on Monday. During his conversation with streamer Kai Cenat, LeBron said that his go-to teams on College Football 25 are Colorado and Ohio State.

Sanders took over as head coach of the Buffaloes in December 2022. In his first season, he led the team to a 4-8 record.

It will be interesting to see whether Deion Sanders can lead Colorado to a winning season in 2024.
