"At this point y'all don't got a vote": Travis Hunter makes bold remarks after dominating Heisman race

Travis Hunter is the frontrunner in this year's Heisman race. The finalists will be announced today, December 9. Huntert has recorded 1,152 yards and 14 touchdowns on 92 receptions on offense. At the back, he put up 20 tackles and assisted in 11 along with 4 interceptions. On a new episode of The Travis Hunter Show, he spoke about the Heisman race:

"They always try to find something to say. Oh, you're not playing this competition. You won't be doing this at a different school. Like, come on, bro. All right, keep searching, bro. At this point, I don't even know how we even listen to y'all. Because at this point, y'all don't even, y'all don't got a vote."

Hunter has received considerable opposition from some people regarding his Heisman race domination. The reason, they say, is that he has not dominated the charts in terms of stats. Another favorite for the trophy, Ashton Jeanty, the Boise State RB, has done so. Jeanty has recorded 2,497 yards and 29 touchdowns on 344 attempts.

He finished 11-1 in the regular season with the Broncos, also claiming the championship title by beating UNLV (21-7). The Broncos have also secured a position in the playoffs, whereas Colorado ranks 23rd on the CFP list.

Saquon Barkley, Running Back for the Philadephia Eagles, has 1,623 rushed yards, clocking in 11 touchdowns in 266 attempts. In the recent face-off between Barkley and Lamar Jackson, QB for the Baltimore Ravens and another MVP contender, the Eagles registered a win against the Ravens (24-19). Travis Hunter feels that game has sealed Barkley as the MVP.

"He definitely helped his case, and I think he definitely going to win. Cause he got it. They just beat the Ravens." Hunter said.

Eagles are 11-2 and the Ravens are 8-5, with four games left. Jackson has recorded 3,290 yards and 29 touchdowns in 379 passing attempts.
