Deion Sanders shares a birthday with his grandson
Grandpa Prime had a birthday surprise for the ages. On the day he turned 57, his daughter gave birth to Que. The Buffs coach shared the news during a preseason press conference, saying:
“That’s how good God is. God would choose me on my birthday, for my daughter, for my kid to have her first child. The first time I’m a grandfather, on my birthday. Do you understand how beautiful that is? How much of a blessing that is?”
Deiondra, who became R&B singer Jacquees' fiancee' in July, also expressed her joy on Instagram after giving birth. She wrote,
"Seeing your face, my sweet baby boy, made every moment worthwhile."
Deion Sanders, though proud, admitted back in March that he wasn’t quite ready to rock the “Granddad” title, calling it bittersweet.
