Boston College NFL Draft Projections 2025: Sportskeeda's Tony Pauline previews Cameron Horsley, Donovan Ezeiruaku and more
Despite some rather uninspired play on the field recently, Boston College had back-to-back first-round picks in two of the past three drafts. The program doesn’t have any first-rounders on the depth chart presently, but rather a handful of Day 3 prospects.
Boston College NFL Draft 2025 Preview
#1 Drew Kendall
Drew Kendall is a tough, hard-working center like his father, Pete, a former first-round pick who played 13 seasons in the NFL. He’s also athletic and shows a lot of potential in a zone-blocking scheme. I’d like to see Kendall add more power to his game, but he has a lot of upside.
#2 Cameron Horsley
Scouts are all over the map on defensive tackle Cameron Horsley, with some grading him as a Day 2 prospect while others list him as a late-rounder.
I kind of split the middle with my fifth-round grade, as I like his size and athleticism but believe he really needs to elevate his game.
Horsley has the style of a three-technique tackle yet the size (6-foot-3, 315 pounds) of a natural interior lineman. His natural skills scream scheme versatility, though Horsley must consistently produce this season.
#3 Donovan Ezeiruaku
Donovan Ezeiruaku does not possess next-level speed; rather, he’s just a terrific football player and a disruptive pass rusher. Ezeiruaku stands over tackle or comes out of a three-point stance, and he’s a disruptive force who plays with incredible intensity.
He’s a prospect who will fall in the draft, as he’s not going to run very fast for a 240-pound pass rusher, but Ezeiruaku will have a place at the next level as a 3-4 OLB.
There are a lot of scouts who have a draftable grade on offensive tackle Ozzy Trapilo. He’s a nice-size blocker, yet he must play in a very small area.
