Coach Prime drops a touching message for Colorado's WR Omarion Miller after his serious injury against Kansas State

Colorado coach Deion Sanders shared a heartfelt message for Omarion Miller after the wideout suffered a serious injury during the Week 7 matchup against the No. 17 Kansas State on Saturday. In a tweet accompanying a photo of a distraught Miller leaving Folsom Field in a wheelchair, Sanders wrote:

"Praying for u my brother!"

Miller injured his leg after making a 51-yard catch from quarterback Shedeur Sanders with 13:46 left in the fourth quarter. He was tackled by two Kansas State players and was in considerable pain following the play.

Before his injury, Miller was having an impressive game, racking up 145 yards on eight receptions. However, he needed assistance to leave the field and was later spotted in a wheelchair on the sidelines, with his left leg placed in a boot. He did not return for the remainder of the game, which Colorado lost 31-28.

Omarion Miller injury update

After the game, Colorado coach Sanders did not have an update on Omarion Miller. However, on Sunday, Miller put out a tweet potentially suggesting that his season might be over.

As things stand, there is no official update on the seriousness of Miller's injury.

Prior to the matchup against Kansas State, Miller had just two catches for 71 yards and a score this season. He looked as Colorado's best offensive weapon against the Wildcats but it's now unclear when he will return for the program.
