College GameDay Week 13 location revealed: Where is the ESPN broadcast happening next weekend?
ESPN’s College GameDay is packing up and heading to Columbus, Ohio, for Week 13. The beloved show will set the stage for a showdown at The Horseshoe, spotlighting the No. 5 Indiana Hoosiers (10-0, 7-0 Big Ten) as they battle the No. 2 Ohio State Buckeyes (9-1, 6-1 Big Ten) in a game with major College Football Playoff implications.
"We're headed back to The Shoe," the College GameDay team announced on X on Saturday.
This would be the Buckeyes’ first home feature on GameDay this season, though they’ve already made two appearances — in Week 7 against Oregon and Week 10 against Penn State.
The Hoosiers have proven to be one of the season's biggest surprises, remaining undefeated. However, they will face one of the toughest challenges in their 2024 against Ryan Day and his elite defense.
The Buckeyes have been misers when allowing points (10.7 per game), ranking second in the country. Their defense is ranked at the top in yards allowed (250.8), portraying a unit capable of a shutdown and derailing Indiana’s dream season.
As for Indiana, the fan-favorite show previously had the Hoosiers in Week 9 for their matchup against the Nebraska Cornhuskers. Will they shock the nation in Columbus?

Kirk Herbstreit and Lee Corso mistakenly revealed College GameDay location
ESPN College GameDay hosts Kirk Herbstreit and Lee Corso also let the cat out of the bag about the show’s Week 13 location before ESPN officially announced it.
During their live broadcast from Athens, Georgia, in Week 12, the two football icons casually dropped hints about the show heading to Columbus for the high-stakes clash between Ohio State and Indiana.
In a video posted by Herbstreit before the Week 12 show, Corso teased an upset prediction for Week 13.
“Next week will be big upsets. Indiana over Ohio State,” Corso said.
Herbstreit followed up with, “I think GameDay’s going to Columbus.”
The 89-year-old Corso, a former Indiana head coach, also joked about wearing the Hoosiers’ helmet if he picks them in Columbus.
“Your favorite. First love, Brutus, on the headgear,” Herbstreit teased, referencing Corso’s iconic mascot picks.
Their exchange delighted fans who can’t wait for next week’s top-tier Big Ten showdown.
