Colorado AD Rick George gets caught up with Deion Sanders effect; shows off his immaculate Coach Prime jacket

The Colorado Buffaloes are flying off the block and their Athletic Director Rick George can't keep calm. Deion Sanders' boys are taking on the Stanford Cardinal in a week 7 encounter and the home team has grabbed the game from the start. And they don't seem to be in a mood to let their foot off the gas.

Even Colorado's Athletic Director sees no way to escape the Coach Prime effect when the game is going so nicely. Rick George showed off his immaculate Deion Sanders jacket as a way to celebrate his team's early domination in the crunch clash.

Here is the video of the Colorado AD showing off his Coach Prime jacket and the Buffaloes tightening the screw on the Cardinal.

Colorado AD can't escape the Deion Sanders effect

Colorado AD Rick George found a unique way to celebrate the Buffaloes scoring a touchdown. When Colorado opened their account in week 7 at home, George showed off his Coach Prime jacket to the fans as a way of celebration. What an ode to the Deion Sanders effect that has taken over the Colorado Buffaloes program and the city of Boulder along with the college football world.

George's jacket bears a CU logo on the pocket with a black khaki design. But the real detail is hidden beneath, a smiling Coach Prime underneath the jacket. It really looked eye-catching as the Buffaloes dominated the initial proceedings against the Stanford Cardinal.

Sanders has turned the team into a competitive unit in just a few months and the fans are loving every bit of it. They have been down and out a lot of time but now looks like it is their time to rule finally. And it is all thanks to the Deion Sanders effect in part.

Glory days are near for Colorado

The Buffaloes look like a different team under Deion Sanders than what they were a year ago without him. They are on course to match the number of games won in the last two seasons combined in just seven weeks this year. And they have also shown that they can compete with higher-ranked teams as well.

The Buffaloes aren't a finished product yet and are still a work in progress. But enough is visible to know that the program is in the right hands and in the right direction. Can Colorado weave a winning run together to make the second half of the season theirs?
