Days after Colorado’s glittering letter went viral, Coach Prime’s custom locker design hits the internet

Earlier this week, the Colorado Buffaloes unveiled the stylish and glittering offer letter they had sent Deion Sanders to lure him to sign for the program. On Friday, Colorado flaunted Coach Prime's customized locker room in a video.

Sanders' personalized locker is decked out with several key details and trendy features. From glass doors to drawers, and personalized logos, the locker room is designed with panache.

In the video, Sanders also heaped praise on Shield Lockers and thanked the company for creating his customized locker.

“Shield Lockers, you are awesome, you did the dog-gone thing. Matter of fact, this is so nice, I’m gonna bring it to the crib,” Sanders said.

The phrase "You look good, you feel good, you play good," was also carved on the wall of the locker in gold and black.

A look at Colorado's schedule for the 2024 season

Colorado are currently sixth in the Big 12 standings and boast a strong 5-2 record (3-1 in Big 12) heading into Week 9 of the 2024 season. Here's a look at Colorado's schedule for the remainder of the college football season:

  • Oct. 26: vs. Cincinnati
  • Nov. 2: Open week
  • Nov. 9: at Texas Tech
  • Nov. 16: vs. Utah
  • Nov. 23: at Kansas
  • Nov. 29: vs. Oklahoma State

Ahead of Colorado's clash against Cincinnati on Saturday, Sanders said that his Buffaloes team had worked hard to get where they are right now:

“We have earned where we are,” Sanders said. “We actually feel like we're better than what we are. Because we are just starting to see the fruit of the work and the understanding of the expectation that we have for ourselves. Forget what others have for us, but what we have for ourselves.”

The team finished with an underwhelming 4-8 record last season. However, this year, Colorado are just one win away from bowl eligibility.
