Deion Sanders' 2025 class target trains with the 'Cheetah' while taking official visits to college football teams

Deion Sanders' 2025 class target Quanell Farrakhan Jr. is working hard and was recently seen sweating with NFL star Tyreek Hill, aka the "Cheetah." The four-star recruit shared a picture of himself with the Super Bowl-winning WR and showcased his intense workout routine.

Farrakhan was one of the student-athletes invited to Boulder, Colorado, by Deion Sanders along with top QB JuJu Lewis. The two had a great time with the Colorado Buffaloes and the team.

“I loved it in Colorado,” Farrakhan told On3. “They made me feel like I was at home and I believe that they could get me to the next level.
“How real he [Coach Prime] was,” Farrakhan added. “Nothing was fake. He kept it real.”

Farrakhan is expected to make his college decision on July 13 and has been offered from UCLA, TCU, and Houston. Deion Sanders hopes Farrakhan will commit to the program along with Lewis. For now, Coach Prime is busy spending time with Travis Hunter.

Deion Sanders' Buffaloes 2025 recruiting class is taking shape

At present, the Buffaloes have only five commitments and an average ranking of almost 80th in the nation. Though the team has attracted two 4- or 5-star players, the Buffaloes are in an effort to flip a USC commit, QB JuJu Lewis.

One of the top offensive linemen in the 2025 class, Chauncey Gooden, announced his commitment to the Buffaloes on Monday. He chose Colorado over Clemson, Michigan, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, and many other schools.

Linebacker Mantrez Walker and tight end Carbin Laisure also committed and are expected to be the key players behind Lewis, should he flip from USC to Colorado.

"It was lit out there," Walker said, as per the Coloradoan. "It was a whole bunch of celebrities and stuff like that. I met Ryan Garcia, a whole bunch of NFL Hall of Famers, Terrell Owens, just a star-studded environment. Everyone just gravitates toward Colorado. They like the energy around it."

Buffs also added two Georgia high school players, Kamron Mikell and Micah Welch, to the roster. These players will be part of the 2025 Buffs squad and will create a competitive environment that will help the team win games.
