Deion Sanders FaceTimes former Colorado star who recently became officer in US Marine Corps

Former Colorado Buffaloes linebacker Noah Young will soon join US Marine Corps as he shared the news with his former coach in Boulder, Deion Sanders. On Sunday, Young shared a video on Instagram where he uploaded a FaceTime conversation he had with Sanders.

He said that he's now a sergeant, and since his waiver got approved, he's going to be contracted with the U.S. Marine Corps to be an officer in January. On hearing that, Coach Prime felt proud, lavishing praise on his former student-athlete

"Oh this is awesome man," Sanders said in the video. "This is one of the hardest working discipline young man."

Last year, he made a farewell post, with Deion Sanders in it.

"An honor to end my college career playing for Coach Prime.. especially to be knighted as a “Dog” by my head coach, a Hall of Famer.. you see the D.. I can play," Young wrote in his farewell post.

Deion Sanders lavishes praise on O-Line after bounce-back win vs CSU

The Colorado Buffaloes came into Fort Collins with more questions than answers following a humiliating 28-10 Week 2 loss to the Nebraska Cornhuskers. However, they put that loss behind them, as they went on to dominate Jay Norvell's Colorado State Rams, 28-9, on Saturday.

Shedeur Sanders was the star of the game, throwing 310 yards and four touchdowns on 36-of-49 passes. So was the Colorado's offensive line, which received praise from coach Deion Sanders in the press conference.

"Great darn victory. Offensive line was phenomenal. Did a great job not only run blocking, but pass blocking as well. The defense picked up right where it left off in the second half of last week's game and started the game and kept the momentum for the entirety of the game," Sanders said.
"We were upset with the last touchdown we gave up. That was, I think it was a fourth and one or whatever, and they got an explosion on that so we're not happy with that at all."

Deion Sanders' unit will hope to continue this momentum as they take on Baylor on Saturday to register two wins on a bounce.
