Deion Sanders' proud mama Connie cusses with disbelief at $45 million son's massive real estate property
Deion Sanders was born to a humble family on Aug. 9, 1967, in Fort Myers. His parents Connie and Mims Sanders divorced when he was just two. Connie then raised Deion with her next husband, Willie Knight.
Sanders changed his family's fortunes by working hard and getting into the NFL, where he won two Super Bowl titles. Over the years, he has amassed a lot of wealth, and his mother can't help but think about how her son has turned around his life.
On Saturday, when Sanders took Connie to look at his property, his mother couldn't believe her eyes. The coach shared a video on Instagram with a caption saying:
"We went on a ride around the property and my MAMA @mommaconnie21 cussed as we keep going & going! Lolololol She then stated 'You own all this?' I responded 'WE OWN ALL THIS'!! God is GOOD."
According to Celebrity Net Worth, Sanders is worth $45 million. Most of his earnings have come from his playing time, endorsements, real estate and other investments. He is currently the head coach of the Colorado Buffaloes football program, where his two sons Shilo and Shedeur Sanders also play.
Deion Sanders' heartfelt tribute to mother Connie: "She's the backbone"
Deion Sanders' mother Connie played an important role in raising him. On Mother's Day, the Buffs coach posted on Instagram to acknowledge his mother's efforts and wrote:
"Happy REAL Mother's Day, and sadly enough there's a difference. A real mother doesn't calculate a tab regarding what she has done for u, she has sacrificed for the family, she is the backbone of the family.
"She was born to give, born to forgive and born to love with no receipts for wrong. She's not a baby mama she's a mother that a child wants to bless and not required to."
Deion Sanders has also taught his children valuable lessons on staying grounded, as his sons revealed in August that even though they grew up in a nice house, they weren't raised as lavishly as one would imagine.
