Dillon Gabriel drops cute engagement pics with GF Zo Caswell after Oregon QB takes his relationship to new level
Oregon Ducks QB Dillon Gabriel took an important step forward in his romantic relationship with girlfriend Zo Caswell. The couple had been dating for a long time now, and Gabriel decided to take their relationship to the next level.
Gabriel shared an Instagram post on Thursday to announce his engagement to his long-time girlfriend on Sept. 1, a day after making his debut with the Ducks. In the snippets he shared, the QB gets down on one knee and proposes to Caswell at a riverside location in Eugene.
Gabriel and Caswell have been dating each other since high school. Caswell has been a constant pillar of support for the QB and remained by his side throughout his time with UCF, Oklahoma and now Oregon.
Gabriel decided not to declare for the 2024 NFL draft and play his final year of collegiate eligibility. He decided that entering the transfer portal was in his best interest. He and Caswell arrived in Eugene this spring after finalizing his transfer to the Ducks.
The two have always been open about their romantic relationship on social media. They often post photos and videos with each other and also share snippets from their vacations together.
In July, they mourned the death of their pet dog Winston and shared photos of him on social media. The Oregon QB shared a heartfelt message for Winston on Instagram along with several snippets of their time together.

After a season-opening victory against Idaho, Dillon Gabriel and the Ducks took on Boise State in Week 2. They continued their winning streak after defeating Boise State 37-34.
Following the Week 2 contest, Oregon TE Terrance Ferguson's fiancee Sophia Meyer shared pictures on Instagram of them posing with Gabriel and Caswell. In the photos, Meyer and Caswell show their support for their boyfriends by wearing the Ducks' colors on game day.
"Back to it #oregonfootball," Sophia wrote in the caption.
Dan Lanning and his team will now take on Oregon State in Week 3. The game is scheduled to be played on Saturday, Sept. 14, and will kick off at 3:30 p.m. ET. It will be interesting to see if Dillon Gabriel can help the Ducks continue their winning streak.
