Georgia Bulldogs Transfer Portal Tracker 2024-25: List of players leaving Kirby Smart's BulldogsĀ 

The Georgia Bulldogs are in the midst of a strong season as they finished the regular season with an 11-2 record, including a 6-2 mark in SEC play. They were able to secure a trip to the College Football Playoff and the No. 2 seed by defeating the Texas Longhorns in the SEC Championship Game.

With the transfer portal now officially open, several players have already announced their intention to change programs.

Here's a closer look at which Georgia players were among that group.

Georgia Bulldogs transfer portal tracker 2024-25

#1. Rara Thomas, Wide Receiver

Rara Thomas initially joined the Mississippi State Bulldogs as a three-star prospect in the 2021 recruiting class. He appeared in 22 games, recording 62 receptions for 878 yards and 12 touchdowns.

Thomas joined the Georgia Bulldogs via the transfer portal ahead of the 2023 season. He made 11 appearances and caught 23 passes for 383 yards and one touchdown. Thomas was dismissed from the program ahead of the 2024 season and announced his decision to enter the transfer portal on Dec. 17.

#2. Michael Jackson III, Wide Receiver

Michael Jackson III initially joined the USC Trojans as a three-star prospect in the 2021 recruiting class. He appeared in 46 games, recording 46 receptions for 498 yards and five touchdowns. Jackson joined the Bulldogs via the transfer portal ahead of the 2024 season. He made just one appearance, hauling in one pass for ten yards. Jackson announced his decision to enter the transfer portal on Dec. 9.

#3. Sam M'Pemba, Edge Rusher

Sam M'Pemba joined Georgia as a four-star prospect in the 2023 recruiting class. He appeared in 15 games, recording six total tackles, three of which were solo tackles. M'Pemba announced his decision to enter the transfer portal on Dec. 15.

#4. Jamaal Jarrett, Defensive Lineman

Jamaal Jarrett joined Georgia as a four-star prospect in the 2023 recruiting class. He appeared in 16 games across two seasons with the program, recording nine total tackles, four of which were solo tackles. Jarrett announced his decision to enter the transfer portal on Dec. 12.

#5. Troy Bowles, Linebacker

Troy Bowles joined the Bulldogs as a four-star prospect in the 2023 recruiting class. He appeared in seven games across two seasons with the program, recording five total tackles, three of which were solo tackles. Bowles announced his decision to enter the transfer portal on Dec. 16.

#6. Julian Humphrey, Cornerback

Julian Humphrey joined the Bulldogs as a four-star prospect in the 2022 recruiting class. He appeared in 23 games across three seasons with the program, recording 21 total tackles, 18 of which were solo tackles, and five passes defended. Humphrey announced his decision to enter the transfer portal on Dec. 1 and committed to join the Texas A&M Aggies on Dec. 15.

#7. David Daniel-Sisavanh, Safety

David Daniel-Sisavanh joined Georgia as a four-star prospect in the 2021 recruiting class. He has appeared in 33 games, recording 30 total tackles, 21 of which were solo tackles, 2.0 tackles for loss and two passes defended. Daniel-Sisavanh was dismissed from the program ahead of the 2024 season and announced his decision to enter the transfer portal on Dec. 9.

#8. Jake Pope, Safety

Jake Pope initially joined the Alabama Crimson Tide as a four-star prospect in the 2022 recruiting class. He appeared in 12 games and did not record any stats. Pope joined the Georgia Bulldogs via the transfer portal ahead of the 2024 season. He made four appearances but did not record any stats. Pope announced his decision to enter the transfer portal on Dec. 16.
