"He get some drugs": Deion Sanders drops witty remark as Deiondra's son falls asleep after Colorado's game
Colorado coach Deion Sanders spent quality time with his eldest daughter Deiondra and her son, Snow, in a lounge at Folsom Field after the Buffaloes' Week 10 win over Cincinnati on Oct. 26.
Deiondra Sanders uploaded a vlog of her outing at the game on her YouTube channel on Sunday. It was her son's first time at a football game, and although Snow was tired and drowsy after the matchup, Coach Prime had his share of fun with his grandson. When Deiondra Sanders pointed out that Snow was waking up and smelling his grandfather after hearing Sanders' voice, Coach Prime said:
"He get some drugs. Looking at grandpa, huh?" [Timestamp: 30:05]
Deiondra Sanders then said that Snow was active and awake throughout the day, to which Coach Prime responded:
"No one can sleep if you keep yelling and screaming."
Sanders was close to Snow and played with his hands while brushing him.
Deion Sanders has extravagant plans to transform his ranch for grandson Snow
Deion Sanders posted a video on his Instagram last week. It highlighted his plans to renovate his ranch to give Snow more space to play.
“Gotta find a place for Snow.” Sanders is heard saying in the video. “I gotta find a place to put the playground for the baby. I’m thinking about like cutting into those bushes right there and having it.”
Notably, Coach Prime and Snow share the same birthday. While Deion was born on Aug. 9, 1967, his grandson was born exactly 57 years later.
While Sanders is often shown that he puts family over everything, he will have one eye on getting Colorado into the 12-team College Football Playoff. The No. 18 Buffaloes (7-2, 5-1 Big 12) beat Texas Tech 41–28 in Week 11 on Saturday and are in contention to reach the playoffs if they win their remaining three regular season games.
