Heisman winner Travis Hunter ditches 2X NBA champ Kevin Durant for Ant man while bragging about his athletic prowess
Travis Hunter has officially won the 2024 Heisman Trophy. The Colorado star earned the honor after an impressive 2024 season in which he became a key contributor on both sides of the ball. With the victory, Hunter became the first two-way starter since Charles Woodson to win the top individual prize in college football.
During the award ceremony, Travis Hunter spoke to the press while wearing a light blue suit. One journalist asked him about his favorite NBA player and which sports he thought he couldn’t play.
He answered:
"Sports that I couldn't play ? I can play all of them. NBA comp? I like KD. Wait, hold on. Nah, Anthony Edwards. That's what I'm going with: AE."
The Heisman Trophy voting results went as expected, with Hunter edging Boise State’s Ashton Jeanty for first place.
Oregon’s Dillon Gabriel and Miami's Cameron Ward finished third and fourth, respectively.
