The University of Missouri has greenlit a massive $250 million upgrade to Memorial Stadium. It's set to transform fan experience and boost the football program’s status in the Southeastern Conference.
The project, scheduled for completion by the 2026 season to mark the stadium’s 100th anniversary, will include 150 loge boxes, 14 field-level suites, 250 club seats and 28 outdoor boxes. With these additions, the stadium’s capacity will increase to around 65,000.
The renovation also promises enhanced LED field lighting and expanded luxury amenities, elevating the stadium to new heights.
According to MUTigers.com, fans can get an up-close view of the game with 14 exclusive outdoor suites on Faurot Field. These suites offer the best seats in the house, putting you right next to all the action.
Each suite comes with 16 tickets and easy access to the nearby Rock M Club, where fans will find food, drinks and restrooms for added convenience.
The project is set to break ground on Nov. 30, and new renderings show a fresh look at the north end of Faurot Field, offering views of the campus and showcasing the new suites.

Approved by the Board of Curators on April 18, the project is scheduled for completion by the 2026 college football season — just in time for the stadium's 100th anniversary.
Once finished, Memorial Stadium will boast an additional 160,500 square feet, including 2,000 premium seats such as 600 loge box seats, 260 mezzanine club seats and 66 suites.
The upgrades are designed to create a more dynamic and comfortable game-day experience for fans while increasing the stadium's capacity to nearly 65,000.
This blend of tradition and modern amenities is set to enhance the atmosphere at Mizzou games, ensuring the stadium remains a beloved venue for generations to come.
