Colorado Buffaloes two-way star Travis Hunter got engaged to high school lover Leanna Lenee in February. After years of dating each other, the couple decided to take the next step in their romantic relationship and strengthen their bond.

Hunter is having a great second campaign so far with Colorado in the Big 12. He played a key role in helping the program qualify for the bowl games for the first time since the COVID-19-shortened 2020 season. Hunter has tallied a total of 757 receiving yards and eight TD passes on offense and 20 total tackles along with two interceptions on defense heading into Week 11.

As Hunter and his team prepare for their upcoming game against Texas Tech, his fiancee Lenee took to social media to leave fans breathless with her gorgeous look. Lenee shared a post on Instagram where she showed off her radiating skin and silky hair.

"ISTG," Lenee wrote in the caption.

Lenee has always been Hunter's strongest pillar of support throughout his collegiate career. She accompanied him to Boulder when he transferred from Jackson State last season along with Coach Prime and his sons Shedeur and Shilo.

On "2Legendary with Shedeur Sanders" on Wednesday, Hunter opened up about the date and venue of his wedding.

"May 24th, next year bro ...In Chattanooga, Tennessee. It's a good venue bro. She (Leanna) wanted to have a good venue for everybody," Hunter said.

Travis Hunter credits his fiancee for helping him manage his finances

The Colorado two-way star on "The Richard Sherman Podcast" last month talked about how Leanna Lenee helped him develop a sense of responsibility in managing finances.

"NIL space, I mean, I kind of just sit back and relax," Hunter said. "I mean, I got a fiancee, so she helped me save a lot of money. So I'm not out here splurging my money.
"It's probably just, I do buy a lot of shoes. I probably got like 200 pair of shoes since like being at Jackson State, but shoe ain't that much. But yeah, I save a lot of money because I know the next level, man, you already got everything. I got two boats and I just want to play football. I got a wife. So I'm just happy with my family right there, so I'm in it." (12:55 onwards)

Hunter is projected as a top pick in next year's NFL draft. As he makes his professional transition, Hunter and Lenee will also begin a new chapter in their romantic journey.
