In photos shared on Instagram, Lane Kiffin gave fans a glimpse of the beautifully lit Vaught-Hemingway Stadium at the University of Mississippi on Sunday. The then-No. 18 Ole Miss Rebels defeated Oklahoma 26-14 on Saturday, improving to 6-2 (2-2 SEC) this season. With momentum on their side, they now head into an away game.
Kiffin posted a heartwarming picture of his daughter, Landry's German Shepherd pup, lounging on the stadium turf in a red outfit, soaking in the view:
Just a day before, Kiffin shared another photo of his golden English Lab, Juice, captioned:
“OMG! That's just a perfect picture!”
Juice, an unofficial Ole Miss mascot, has over 59 thousand followers on X (formerly Twitter). Ole Miss dubbed its recruiting weekend before preseason as "Juice Fest," securing four commitments during the 2022 event. Juice even roams the field with a GoPro strapped to his back, capturing all the action.
The No. 19 Rebels are set to face the Arkansas Razorbacks (5-3) this Saturday in Fayetteville. The Razorbacks are coming off a dominant 58-24 victory over Mississippi State, while the Rebels carry their recent win over the Sooners into this matchup.
