"It all makes sense now" - Shedeur Sanders drops cheeky response as Deion Sanders Jr. flexes on his $6.2 million NIL valuation

Colorado Buffaloes quarterback Shedeur Sanders has been one of the best quarterbacks in college football this season. He has registered 2,591 yards resulting in 21 touchdowns and six interceptions. Shedeur has also helped lead the Buffs to bowl eligibility for the first time in eight years, further boosting his reputation.

Off the gridiron, Shedeur is flying high and has a NIL valuation of $6.2 million (as per On3), which ranks him at No. 1 in On3's NIL 100 list. On Thursday, his elder brother, Deion Sanders Jr., flexed this achievement by reposting a graphic on Instagram on his "Well Off Forever Media" page.

Shedeur Sanders tabbed to remain in college for NIL money

ESPN's draft expert Mel Kiper Jr. has sung the praises of Shedeur Sanders regarding his draft status, even putting him atop the 2025 NFL Draft board as the first quarterback to be picked.

In a clip posted by "Well Off Media" last week, the maverick Buffs quarterback and wide receiver Omarion Miller were captured having a conversation. The discussion awas about whether a $10 million offer would convince him to stay in Boulder instead of going to the league next year.

"They said $10 million ... I'll be back," Shedeur said in the clip.

In a column of "Mike Farrell Sports," analyst Sean Labar also posited the possibility of Shedeur remaining in Boulder next year with the earning potential of an NFL rookie.

"Shedeur Sanders has an opportunity to pull off an unprecedented feat with his dad, but instead, is choosing to go to the NFL where his fate will be determined by where he lands," Labar wrote. "A final year in college would allow him to fine-tune his skillset, earn almost as much as he would as a first-round rookie, and give the Colorado Buffaloes a legitimate shot to win a national title."

Despite the speculation around his future, Shedeur seemed to suggest that he would declare for the 2025 NFL Draft, confirming that he would graduate early on X. He also did the same in a clip posted by "Well Off Media" this week.

“After last game, y’all not gonna see me (next year),” Sanders said. “Classes? I’m going to the league."

Whichever choice he picks, Shedeur Sanders has already distinguished himself as one of the best quarterbacks in college football and has already set tongues wagging in the NFL.
