She captioned the post:

“Sometimes you gotta ruffle some feathers.”

In one image, she stood beside a red fire equipment cabinet. In another, she posed next to a white luxury car. One photo included Vick in a plain white T-shirt and cap.

Michael Vick and Kijafa Vick spent $300k on their wedding

The former Philadelphia Eagles quarterback met Kijafa in a nightclub back in 2002. After a 10-year relationship, the duo got married in 2012, in a wedding that cost over $300,000, according to reports. Surrounded by around 300 people, including family and teammates, and other members from the NFL.

The party also had special guest performances from bands like Maroon 5, Gym Class Heroes, and award-winning artist Flo Rida. The former Archie Griffin Award winner-turned head coach has been married to Kijafa Vick for 13 years now, and Kijafa has co-produced 'The Michael Vick Project', 'Baller Wives', among other projects.

In an exclusive interview with Essence magazine, Vick described Kijafa's support

At first you just want to blame someone else, I just couldn’t believe I ended up in that cell and I would get full of rage thinking about the people who put me in that position. But Kijafa gave me support and guidance, and told me how feeling that was only going to hurt me, not anyone I may have been angry with. She helped me to focus on getting better, healthier, stronger in a spiritual way—and that gave me a positive focus instead of a negative one.

Vick, now a coach at Norfolk State, will face DeSean Jackson’s Delaware State on Oct. 30 at Lincoln Financial Field. Both are first-year coaches and former Eagles teammates. Jackson is remembered for his 2010 “Miracle at the New Meadowlands” punt return, while Vick earned Pro Bowl honors that same season.
