“Never met a stronger person”: Carson Beck’s sister Kylie doesn't hold back praise over Georgia QB following electric Florida win

Carson Beck’s sister, Kylie, had nothing but praise for the No. 2-ranked Georgia (7-1, 5-1 SEC) quarterback after his team’s 34-20 win over Florida (4-4, 2-3) at EverBank Stadium on Saturday.

The siblings share a strong Georgia Bulldogs connection — Carson is the team’s senior quarterback, and Kylie is a sophomore member of the Georgettes, who dance with the school's band.

Despite a few setbacks — three interceptions in a second straight game — Carson Beck still managed to complete 25 of 40 passes, racking up 309 yards and two touchdowns.

Kylie celebrated his resilience on Instagram:

“Never met a stronger person. You are such a fighter and lead your team so well.”

While the QB's last no-interception game was the 31-13 Auburn win on Oct. 5, Carson Beck is set to face even tougher challenges ahead. The No. 2-ranked Bulldogs (7-1, 5-1 Southeastern Conference) will meet No. 16 Ole Miss (7-2, 3-2) and No. 7 Tennessee (7-1, 4-1) in the coming weeks and Beck knows he’ll need to be at his best.

Carson Beck opened up about his struggles in Georgia’s game against Florida, sharing honest reflections on his decision-making.

“I think there’s times where it’s OK to throw it away if it’s not there,” Beck said. “And I think that’s something that I did a lot better of last year. And whether that’s me just trying to make a play and thinking that it has to happen every single time, which it doesn’t."

The Georgia QB is aware of the adjustments he needs to make. He can’t afford to force passes into double or triple coverage, a risky move that led to two first-half interceptions.

Despite the early setbacks, Carson Beck’s performance had bright spots. After those two interceptions, he settled down and found a rhythm, especially as Georgia took advantage of crucial Florida turnovers late in the game.

Still, there’s no room for error as the Bulldogs head into a showdown against Ole Miss — a team that just put up 63 points on the road. For Georgia wants to win, Beck and the offense must be ready to light up the scoreboard next weekend.
