Nick Saban’s daughter Kristen “crowns” Pat McAfee for driving the iconic coach “crazy”

It's not easy to get under the skin of the legendary Alabama Crimson Tide coach Nick Saban. However, his daughter, Kristen Saban, recently praised Pat McAfee for doing exactly that.

While the former Indianapolis Colts punter is famous for being the life of the party, Saban is more serious and reserved. However, the two share great chemistry, which often makes for a good watch as they already have many funny moments.

A clip from "ESPN's College GameDay," which was uploaded on September 21, went viral on social media. In it, Pat McAfee can be seen mocking Nick Saban by using WWE Hall of Famer Stone Cold Steve Austin's signature “What!?” chant. The clip caught Kristen Saban's attention and she reposted it on her Instagram story with a caption that said:

“I never thought there was another person on this planet that could drive Nick crazy like I do, but the crown is yours [Pat McAfee].”

Nick Saban recently named his easiest away venue

Nick Saban was the heart and soul of the Alabama Crimson Tide for 17 years. Saban won seven national titles in his coaching career and was inducted into the Alabama Sports Hall of Fame.

In a Friday appearance on "The Pat McAfee Show," the legendary coach said that Vanderbilt is “not hard to play” in their home stadium.

“The only place you’re going to play in the SEC that’s not hard to play, Vanderbilt. When you play at Vanderbilt, you have more fans there than they have, and that’s no disrespect to them, it’s the truth. When we played in Nashville, we had more fans, Alabama fans, than what they had Vanderbilt fans,” Saban said.

After Nick Saban stepped down, Alabama hired Kalen DeBoer as their new HC. It will be interesting to see if DeBoer has the same level of success at The Crimson Tide even though the new coach is showing signs of positive performance already.
