Nick Saban's daughter Kristen has a new challenge and fun for her "potential dates": "Gonna start doing this"

Nick Saban's daughter Kristen Saban has been a popular face in the world of college football. She is especially loved by many Alabama fans who engage with her social media content which is often candid and funny at the same time.

This time Kristen Saban reshared a reel on her Instagram story where a person brings his girlfriend to to the football field because she claimed to love the sport. She captioned the story:

"Gonna start doing this to potential dates but put them in the helmet to see if they can hang."

Kristen Saban and her former husband Adam Setas are no longer together as she opened up about parenting as a single parent on "The Next Round" podcast.

She talked about how wonderful her son John is but parenting can be difficult at times.

"Parenting is not always going to be smooth sailing you learn as you go and you know he's four years old now and we're 4 years in and I still feel like I'm learning things as I go and that's just kind of just figure it out." (16:18)

Kristen Saban was proud of her dad after Nick Saban's heartfelt speech at the 2024 ESPY Award

The former Alabama Crimson Tide head coach head coach, Nick Saban, was awarded the Icon Award at the 2024 ESPYs on June 11. Saban delivered a touching speech where he thanked his wife, the young players, and the previous coaches he worked with.

He especially emphasized the importance of sacrifices that family members make.

"You have to have great support from your family," Saban said. "You know, Miss Terry has been the love of my life for 52 years. And she has supported me in every way as my family has. And I certainly appreciate that, because there's a lot of sacrifices families make in coaching. We actually moved 17 times before we ever got to Alabama 17 times," Nick Saban said.

After the speech, Kristen Saban wrote a short yet special message for her father.

"Beyond proud of this man," Kristen Saban wrote.

Saban has been enjoying his life in retirement with his wife and daughter. After tirelessly working for 17 years, the seven-time national champion is spotted spending quality time with his grandson and golfing.
