"Oh my gosh": When Coach Prime's ex-wife Pilar Sanders made her stance clear on dynamic between Shedeur & Shilo

Coach Prime's ex-wife, Pilar Sanders, shares a close bond with both of her sons, Shilo and Shedeur. The former model once talked about her two boys always stuck close together and the fact that she's extremely proud of the way they've grown together.

On an episode of the "Second Shot" podcast in March 2022, Pilar opened up on the dynamic between her two sons while speaking to host Jenny Anchondo.

"I have two boys, they are both in the same college. They both play on the same football team." [Timestamp: 26:00]

When Anchondo asked about her dynamic with her two sons, Pilar responded:

"I love it. Oh my gosh. This is something that I really prayed for. They played together when they were little and I would always say, 'You guys are gonna go to college, you're gonna play together as pros.' You know, I would say this all the time."

Pilar also pointed out how convenient it was that her two sons were attending the same college.

At the time of the interview, both Shilo and Sheduer were playing college football at Jackson State. They both transferred to Colorado after the 2022 season.

While Shilo is currently a top cornerback on the Buffaloes team, Sheduer is Colorado's starting quarterback. They are both coached by their father, Deion Sanders.

This season, No. 16 Colorado (8-2, 6-1 Big 12) has a good chance of making the College Football Playoff. The Buffs need to win their two remaining regular games to give themselves the best opportunity of qualifying for the playoffs.

Pilar Sanders is quite active on social media, especially on Instagram. She also often posts supportive messages for her sons, Shilo and Shedeur, whenever Colorado does well.

Last week, she put out a post celebrating Sheduer's achievement of winning the Big 12 Offensive Player of the Week award. Sheduer picked up the award for throwing 293 yards and three touchdowns and rushing for a score in CU's 41-27 win at Texas Tech.
