Ohio built an early lead with a dominant first half, but Jacksonville State mounted a strong comeback, falling just short in the final minutes.

1st Quarter:

5:09: Ohio opened the scoring with a 17-yard touchdown run by Parker Navarro after a 7-play, 79-yard drive.
