PHOTO: Alabama OL Tyler Booker and GF Kalani Bagsby twin with customized matching caps
Alabama offensive lineman Tyler Booker and his girlfriend Kalani Bagsby enjoyed a dinner date on Thursday. But before that, they twinned in customized matching caps with their names mentioned on them.
Bagsby posted a story on Instagram showing off the beige-colored caps with her and Tyler's names embroidered in white on its side, followed by a heart. The Alabama offensive linebacker reshared his girlfriend's story on his social media profile with the caption:
"My love."
The OL was one of the three athletes representing the Alabama Crimson Tide at the 2024 SEC media days alongside coach Kalen DeBoer in Dallas, Texas.
Tyler Booker and Kalani Bagsby twinned in all-white in May
This is not the first time the duo have posted their twinning endeavors on social media. In May, the couple celebrated 1.5 years of their relationship and posted a couple of snaps in matching dresses.
“1.5 with my love,” Booker wrote in his Instagram story with some emojis.
Tyler Booker not entertained by Nick Saban's prediction of Alabama
Nick Saban’s latest prediction caused quite a stir in the Alabama camp. As a newly minted ESPN analyst, Saban picked Texas and Georgia, not Alabama, to clash in the 2024 SEC Championship game. This surprising prediction didn’t sit well with Alabama offensive lineman Tyler Booker, who used Saban’s words to hit back.
"Coach Saban always taught me not to pay attention to external voices,” Booker said on July 17. “He always used to say, ‘Don’t let some guy that lives in their mom’s basement determine how you feel.’"
"So I’m not gonna let some guy who plays golf all day determine how I feel. He’s an external factor now. He works at the stadium, not the facility."
During an episode of "SEC Now" two weeks ago, Saban acknowledged Alabama’s potential but pointed out weaknesses in the secondary that need addressing.
As Alabama gears up for the upcoming season, the team’s resolve is clear: they are determined to prove their critics, including their former coach, wrong.
