"They ain't ready for that": When $45M worth Coach Prime set record straight on Shedeur & Deion Sanders Jr's $7.2M purchase for him
Deion Sanders, once an NFL superstar, is now known as 'Coach Prime' in college football, being the coach of the Colorado Buffaloes. The No. 16 Buffaloes (8-3, 6-2, Big 12) are enjoying a successful season after the 4-8 turmoil of 2023.
Sanders has committed himself to Colorado. One part of that commitment was the $7.2 million mansion his sons, Shedeur Sanders and Deion Sanders Jr., purchased for him in Boulder in Jan. 2024.
In an episode of a podcast that premiered in May 2024, host Kyle Forgeard asked Sanders:
"I think it's so amazing that you have both your boys with you at all times … What did they buy you recently?"
“They didn’t actually buy the house,” Sanders clarified. “My kids, they ain’t ready for that yet. They don’t have that kind of bag yet. That’s another year from now,” he continued. [18:00]
Forgeard also asked the $45 million-worth Coach Prime (as per Celebrity Net Worth):
"Is it crazy to see your kids now starting to make with the NIL, just make real money?"
Coach Prime replied:
"Yeah, they have a multitude of vehicles and so forth. Shedeur more so than Shilo. You know Shilo's very conservative; he doesn't do too much with his, but Shedeur doesn't play."
Both of Coach Prime's kids, Shedeur and Shilo, are NIL valued at $6.2 million and $1 million (as per On3), respectively. His other son, Deion Sanders Jr. (Bucky), has his own media house, "Well Off Forever," which posts on and off the field stuff related to the Colorado Buffaloes and the Sanders clan.

The initial story involving Coach Prime's house and his sons
In Jan. 2024, it was reported that all three sons of Coach Prime – Shedeur, Shilo, and Deion Jr., presented him with a property with breathtaking views of the Flatirons. Captured by ‘Well Off Media,’ all three of them got appreciation from their father.
"You guys are natural givers," the Colorado HC said, expressing his gratitude.
The luxurious home featured golden accents and a picturesque lake that fitted perfectly into Sanders' lifestyle.
"For y'all three to want to put it together ... so y'all make sure I'm straight when you're gone is unbelievable," he said. [17:00]
Whatever the case regarding the mansion, one thing that's straightforward is that the Sanders family is a tight-knit unit, always taking care of each other with such gestures.
