"They did me wrong": Coach Prime's daughter Deiondra Sanders' hopes come crumbling down after Colorado backtracks on its promise
Coach Prime's daughter Deiondra Sanders was in attendance for Colorado's Week 12 matchup against Utah. Deiondra, who was vlogging her experience at Folsom Field, had a key card for special access inside the stadium, but it appeared that the Buffs deactivated her card on gameday.
In a video uploaded on her YouTube channel on Monday, Deiondra showed off her key card to her viewers but felt let down by Colorado when she was denied access to a certain room (2:20).
"Oh my god, I'm so sad," Deiondra said while trying to buzz herself in once more. "Y'all, they deactivated it. I thought it was gonna work from when I had it last week. They did me wrong."
Deiondra met with a few of her friends in a lounge before watching Colorado beat Utah 49-24 from the sidelines. She also met with her brothers Shilo and Shedeur Sanders after the game.
Although Colorado's win over Utah gave the team a strong chance of making it to the 12-team College Football Playoff, the Buffs suffered a 37-21 defeat to Kansas in Week 13, which ended their hopes of a playoff berth.
Colorado faces Oklahoma State in its final regular season game at Folsom Field on Friday. It remains to be seen whether Deiondra will attend the matchup.
Deiondra Sanders plans to empower young women by working with charitable organization
In an Instagram post on Monday, Deiondra Sanders announced that she would join hands with the charitable organization "Afrikicks" to help empower young girls.
"Join me and @afrikicks in making a real impact!" Deiondra wrote in the caption.
"Together, we’re empowering young girls by providing them with essential items like shoes, school supplies, and hygiene products. Let’s give them the resources they need to thrive! Donate today and be part of the change."
Deiondra became a mother when she and her fiancé Jacquees welcomed a baby boy, Snow, in August. Snow, born on Aug. 9, and shares his birthday with his grandfather Deion Sanders, the Colorado coach.
