"Those are kinda cute": Coach Prime & ex-wife Pilar Sanders' daughter Shelomi makes heartwarming request after Travis Hunter goes “roguish”
Deion Sanders and his ex-wife Pilar Sanders' daughter Shelomi made a heartwarming request to her father after Colorado superstar Travis Hunter was hilariously caught stealing Coach Prime's sneakers from his office at the UC Health Champions Center.
Hunter and Sanders engaged in a lighthearted conversation as well, with the latter labeling his player a "thief" and said he went "very roguish" after being caught red-handed on an Instagram video.
To be fair to Hunter, Sanders had many attractive shoes in different corners of his office, which were neatly kept but they appeared to be unused. The eye-catching sneakers also drew the attention of Shelomi, who requested a few pairs for herself.
"Wait, those are kinda cute can u send me some. I hope you had a great day," Shelomi commented on the Sanders' Instagram video.
In the video, Hunter playfully entered Sanders' workspace at CU and took a pair of Sanders' shoes, which were gifted to him.
"You just gonna come in here and shop, dawg?" Sanders hilariously asked the two-way star.
While filming Hunter take away the shoes from under his nose, Sanders then jokingly said:
"You know what rogue means? That means you’re a thief.”
Eventually, Sanders couldn't do much as Hunter left with the sneakers with no punishment. However, it appeared to be all fun and jokes between the two, who share a close bond. The Colorado coach has also often referred to Hunter as one of his own sons.
Shelomi Sanders has been flaunting her support for Colorado this season
Shelomi Sanders is the youngest of Deion Sanders' children, from his ex-wife Pilar Sanders. She played basketball at Colorado before transferring to Alabama A&M in the offseason, but is keeping close tabs on the Buffaloes football team.
Shelomi was present at Folsom Field when Colorado beat Baylor 38-31 in Week 5. She also flaunted her support for her brothers, Shedeur and Shilo, on Instagram before the Buffs' Week 9 win over Cincinnati.
Colorado (6-2 overall, 4-1 in Big 12) has now been ranked No. 23 in the country by the AP Poll after Week 9, and the Sanders family can also take some time to celebrate since the Buffs have an off in Week 10.
