Tulsa vs. Temple Game Summary

The Tulsa Golden Hurricane struggled to move the ball through the air and that ultimately became the difference in this game. Tulsa combined to go 14-of-27 for 165 yards in the passing game and that is not going to get it done most nights. Another significant number that they struggled with was converting on the major downs as the Golden Hurricane was 2-for-11 on third down and failed to convert on both of their fourth down tries.

For Temple, quarterback Evan Simon was able to have a good game under center as they were able to throw for 316 total yards. Even though they were able to secure the victory, they struggled to be disciplined as evident by their 10 penalties for 104 yards.
