Colorado vs. Texas Tech: Colorado's offense puts in the work

The Buffaloes put in the work, especially in the second half of the game. After giving up 13 points without reply in the first quarter, Deion Sanders' men stayed in contention by shutting out Texas Tech and scoring 10 points in the second quarter. In the third and fourth quarters, Colorado scored 21 and 10 points, while the Red Raiders only managed seven points in each.

Travis Hunter's Numbers in 2024: A Heisman-worthy campaign

This season Travis Hunter has recorded 757 receiving yards, with eight touchdown catches in 60 receptions. He's averaging 12.6 yards per catch. The sheer amount of receptions shows how comfortable Shedeur Sanders feels connecting with the two-way starter. All of the numbers are already career-highs for the junior wide receiver, who in 2023 had 721 receiving yards and five touchdowns in 57 catches.

To those numbers, we have to add the 20 total tackles he has recorded in the defensive of the ball. 13 of those have been solo tackles and seven were assists. He also had seven defended passes, one forced fumble, and two interceptions. Hunter has 38 yards in defense.

Coming into Week 11, ESPN had Travis Hunter second in the odds to win the Heisman with odds of +225.
