We had a bonkers SRS Distribution Las Vegas Bowl as the USC Trojans were able to come from behind and secure a 35-31 victory over the Texas A&M Aggies. USC quarterback Jayden Maiava was able to throw a seven-yard passing touchdown to Kyle Ford to take the lead and get the win.
This game was 7-7 at halftime and a 21-7 scoring run by the Trojans made this comeback happen. Jayden Maiava threw for four passing touchdowns with three of them going to wide receiver Ja’Kobi Lane, which is the Las Vegas Bowl record.
The Trojans (7-6) have found their quarterback of the future as they have shown the ability to overcome three interceptions and secure a win when the game was close. The Aggies (8-5) were able to get a great look at their future quarterback in Marcel Reed but his four total touchdowns were just not enough.
