"Video otw"- Coach Prime & ex-wife Pilar's daughter Shelomi Sanders accepts father's tempting offer in a teasing reply
Shelomi Sanders wastes no opportunity to pull one-up on dad Deion Sanders. The 20-year-old daughter of Coach Prime and his ex-wife Pilar Sanders commented on an Instagram post uploaded by the Colorado Buffaloes coach on October 11.
In the video, Deion shows his dance moves for the camera during the Buffs' practice session. The reel starts with Deion claiming:
"I'm not gonna dance like Chris Brown."
He also busts a dance move, waving his arms around. He then gives a shout-out to Shelomi about her dancing skills and asks her to send a short video of herself dancing. Deion captioned the post:
"@shelomisanders is the best dancer in the family"
Shelomi had a quippy response to her dad's message:
"I heard money… video otw"
Heading into week 7 of the 2024 college football season, Coach Prime and the Colorado Buffaloes (4-1, 2-0) are preparing to host the No.18 Kansas State Wildcats (4-1, 1-1) in a Big 12 matchup at Folsom Field tomorrow.

When Coach Prime and Shelomi Sanders' mother didn't see eye to eye
Deion Sanders and his ex-wife, Pilar Sanders, found themselves at odds over their daughter Shelomi Sanders' college basketball journey. Shelomi, who initially played for Jackson State and later joined Colorado, made headlines in April by transferring to Alabama A&M.
Her mother, Pilar, celebrated this new chapter while also expressing frustration over Shelomi's recruitment process, suggesting that her connection to the Pro Football Hall of Famer hindered her experience. Speaking her mind in a YouTube video, Pilar stated:
"Shelomi’s affiliation with her father completely stopped her from having the full recruiting experience. It was unfair."
As her father’s daughter, Shelomi is carving out her own path in the SWAC Conference, joining Alabama A&M. However, Coach Prime did not initially support his daughter’s decision to enter the transfer portal.
During an interview with DNVR, he bluntly called the move "stupid," advising:
"You don't enter the portal. You get a team before you enter the portal. You kinda get a team before you enter the portal. You know, that's what I would advise a child. And I know, 'Well it's illegal...' C'mon, man."
