It's no secret that Deion Sanders' Colorado Buffaloes have an abundance of fans on their bandwagon. Sanders has turned the program into the biggest must-see attraction in college football with their flash on and off the field.
The Buffaloes have earned the support and respect of some big names, frequently hosting celebrities on the sidelines of their games. Rapper Rick Ross was spotted in the locker room ahead of the Buffaloes' Week 5 matchup versus the UCF Knights in Orlando.
A clip was posted to X in which the rapper shared an exchange with NFL Hall of Fame receiver Terrell Owens.
Rick Ross was wearing a Colorado shirt in the clip, showing his support for the Buffaloes on the road.
Terrell Owens is also a prominent fan of the Buffaloes, showing love to his dear friend Deion Sanders. The two squared off numerous times in their NFL careers and are among the best in their respective positions in league history.
Colorado receiver makes highlight TD grab in first half versus UCF
Colorado's second touchdown versus UCF was one of the most electric scores from the Buffaloes this season. Shedeur Sanders launched a 47-yard pass to redshirt senior wideout Will Sheppard, who hauled in the contested catch to extend the Buffaloes' lead to 14-7.
With 12 minutes left to play in the second quarter, the Buffaloes lead the Knights 21-7 after entering the game as a 13.5-point underdog.
They have established a strong ground attack in the first half versus UCF to open up deep shots in their passing game. On 10 carries, the Colorado backfield has combined for 59 yards and a touchdown.
Sophomore running back Dallan Hayden took a carry for 14 yards and into the endzone, putting the Buffaloes up by 14 points.
The offense is firing on all cylinders early and their defense has stymied the explosive rushing attack of UCF, who has averaged 375.7 rushing yards per game entering Week 5.
