WATCH: JC Latham’s brother Langston spills secret to activating Alabama OT's good side after Texans make their top pick in NFL Draft 2024

Tennessee decided to afford Will Levis more protection next year, by adding Alabama's JC Latham to their roster. The offensive tackle from the Tuscaloosa school was picked the No. 7 overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft. During the draft night, his brother gave the media some insight into how his new team could get the best out of Latham:

"Bring him food, easy, bring him food. He gonna love you"

JC Latham proceeded to confirm the information given by his brother, specifying he doesn't like sweet potato fries or onions, but beyond that, he isn't picky. Latham played three seasons at Alabama, becoming the starter from the second year onward. For his efforts, he received a First Team All-SEC pick in the 2023 season.

JC Latham in his first press conference as a Tennessee Titan

If something was made clear by JC Latham's first press conference as a Tennessee Titan, is that he doesn't like to feel disrespected by his opponents. He spoke about it in his opening press conference for his new team, stating that:

"I don’t play with a grill in, I remember it pissed me off the first time I saw a guy play with a grill in. It pissed me off thinking he cares more about how he looks than me. I took that as a lot of disrespect that the guy doesn’t think I’m an issue to worry about and he’s like, ‘I can dress up how I want to dress up because JC’s not a problem.’ Things like that trigger me."

Another thing that was left pretty clear, is that he doesn't care about playing up until the point of harming himself:

"They tell me if you have blood on your hands you have to come out, so they make me wear gloves whenever my hands would get blood on them or whenever I’d get scratched up really bad,"

Tennessee is getting a passionate player, who will give his utmost for his new organization. Will this be a success?
