Western Kentucky vs Jacksonville State: Box score, stats and summary feat. Tyler Huff | Conference USA championship

AmFirst Stadium in Jacksonville, Alabama, hosted the Conference USA Championship game between the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers (8-4) and the Jacksonville State Gamecocks (8-4). A big relief for the host, as starting quarterback Tyler Huff (ankle), who was a game-time decision, started the game.

Jacksonville State started the game with back-to-back 14 points each in the first two quarters. Their defense didn't allow a single touchdown drive from Western Kentucky in the first half. The home team led the game 28-6 going into halftime.

The story remained the same even in the second half as Western Kentucky's defense was unable to stop the Gamecocks offense. As expected, Jacksonville State won the Conference USA title by beating Hilltoppers 52-12.
