Where is the 2025 East-West Shrine Bowl? Date, time, location and more details explored
The East-West Shrine Bowl is a postseason All-Star game that has been played annually since 1925. Players must be college seniors who are eligible to play for their schools.
Canadian players playing for Canadian universities have also been invited, which makes it the only bowl game that features All-Stars from schools in the US and Canada.
The East-West Shrine Bowl is another chance for seniors to play in front of NFL scouts to try and boost their draft stock.
Where is the 2025 East-West Shrine Bowl?
The 2025 East-West Shrine Bowl will take place at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, the home of the Dallas Cowboys. Shriners Children's vice president of sports, Bob Roller, talked about its impact and what the centennial game means.
“We are thrilled to bring our centennial game to one of the world’s most incredible sports venues,” Roller said in September, via shrinebowl.com. “The East-West Shrine Bowl has had a transformational impact on the lives of children for a century. The nation’s best college football all-stars taking the field at AT&T Stadium is truly a fitting celebration of this historic milestone.”
Cowboys COO Stephen Jones said that his team is honored to have the event at AT&T Stadium.
“We’re delighted to showcase the best college football players in the country with the 100th edition of the historic East-West Shrine Bowl at AT&T Stadium in January,” Jones said.
“It’s an honor to once again host a college football game of this significance. We look forward to bringing the top college football players in the country to North Texas, all with a focus on helping Shriners Children’s and their mission.”
When is the East-West Shrine Bowl?
The East-West Shrine Bowl be on Jan. 30 and will kick off at 7 p.m. EST. The game will air on the NFL Network.
Who has played in the East-West Shrine Bowl?
Throughout the history of the East-West Shrine Bowl, several star NFL players have played in the game, including Tom Brady, Walter Payton, John Elway, Brock Purdy, Zay Flowers and Isiah Pacheco, among others.
