"Will never be slandering kickers again": CFB world trolls Jason Kelce for miserably failing at kicking at Pat McAfee's $100K charity event

NFL legend Jason Kelce joined Pat McAfee and Kirk Herbstreit on ESPN College GameDay for Week 10 at University Park, Pennsylvania, on Saturday. The former Philadelphia Eagles center took part in a few kicking attempts for a $100,000 hurricane relief charity but failed miserably at the challenge while wearing a pair of Timberland boots.

Fans on X took quite a bit of pleasure in mocking Kelce's kicking ability.

"I’m in tears “this guy sucks!” Jason Kelce will never be slandering kickers again. Shame," one wrote.
"Safe to say he missed," wrote another.
"I think that ball landed in Canada," a third commented.

Some also suggested that Kelce should offer a charity from his own pocket following his kicking performance.

"He should still give the 100k. Lets go!," one wrote.
"@JasonKelce should pony up some $$$ to hurricane relief for that less than stellar performance," one tweeted.

A few also joked about Kelce sporting the Timberlands while kicking.

"Timbs going to make it a good kick!! LFG," one wrote.
"Kelce in Timbs for a cause!," tweeted a user.

Kelce joined the College GameDay crew on Saturday's top-five college football matchup between No. 3 Penn State and No. 4 Ohio State at Beaver Stadium in Happy Valley.

Jason Kelce took two attempts to make a field goal but missed them both by a considerable margin. The former Eagles star didn't try to cover up his horrific performance and admitted that he also found a new respect for kickers.

“I’ve got a whole new respect…I suck at kicking, okay!," Kelce said after missing two field goals.

Fortunately for Kelce, he was excellent as a center. The Eagles icon played 13 years with the franchise and helped them win the Super Bowl in 2018. He also earned seven Pro Bowl honors and six First-team All-Pro selections during his time in the NFL.

After his retirement in March this year, Kelce joined ESPN's "Monday Night Countdown" as an analyst and has been a popular addition with fans.
